Why are all the fresh flower products priced at RM999.99? 

Due to the complicacy of delivery charges for fresh flower products, we recommend our customer to call our shop (09-7482600) directly for ordering. Pages of fresh flower products on this website mainly serves as a product catalogue.

The RM999.99 price tag is there to avoid customers from adding any fresh flower products into the shopping cart. The real price of all fresh flower products are stated in the description (excluding delivery)

How are the shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight of the products.

The shipping cost for Penisular Malaysia starts from RM10.00
while the shipping cost for East Malaysia starts from RM50.00

The shipping cost will be shown at checkouts before payment is made :)


When will I receive my items?

Peninsular (West) Malaysia : 1-3 working days after shipment

​East Malaysia : 3-5 working days after shipment

**Please be informed that weekends for Kelantan are Friday & Saturday

Ready-made items will be shipped on the same day if payment has been settled by 12pm, and shipped on the next day if payment is made after 12pm (only applicable to working days)

Products with extra decorations, or needs to be produced upon ordering will take up to a maximum of 3 working days before the products will be shipped.

All parcels will be delivered using CityLink Courier Services.  A consignment note will be provided after your products have been shipped for tracking purposes.

Is GST included in the prices shown?

Starting from 1st June 2018, GST charges for all product has been reduced to 0%.
The only additional charges you will need to pay for is the shipping charges.
So shop with a peace of mind without any other hidden charges!


Why is the 0% GST not shown in my Shopify Receipt? 

Due to the complication of different tax charges in different countries, the tax charges (GST) will not be shown in the Shopify receipt. (Please treat the Shopify receipt as a temporary receipt) 

However we will be sending you our shop's original receipt with "0% GST" stated, together with your products, so rest assured ;)


Which payment methods do you accept?

  • Credit/Debit Cards (via Paypal)


What is your return policy?

All items and products will be quality-checked before delivery, thus item exchange, return or refund are unavailable.
As we try our best to process every order on the same day the order is made, Order Cancellation is also currently not available.

Can I request for customized arrangements? 

Yes, it is our pleasure to do so.

Do feel free to email us your picture reference and preferred selection of flowers for a discussion. Do send us your request through email at least 7-14 days before the required date to allow us time to craft out the perfect bouquet for you and your loved ones.




Where does your flowers come from?

Our flowers came from a variety of countries all over the regions.

We handpicked the flowers personally from our local suppliers to ensure its 100% freshness


How long can the flowers last?

The fresh flowers will typically last for around 3-5 days in hot weather. Make sure to keep the flowers in a well-ventilated room away from direct sunlight to prolong its life.

For our coloured baby breath series, the bouquets can be kept in its original floral wrapping and it will gradually turn into dried flowers. The colour will still stay and the bouquet can thus be kept for around 1-2 years for display or decoration. 


How do I care for the flowers?

The flowers can be taken out from the wrapper after 1-2 days. Trim the stems by cutting the ends at a slant and put it into a vase filled with fresh water.

Change the water regularly and display the flowers at a cool spot away from direct sunlight. To prevent contamination, do make sure to remove any fading petals, leaves or stems from the water.
